Welcome to Margrít Co. These terms apply to everyone who uses margritco.com or places an order with us. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you enter.
Our products
Our jewelry is handmade using recycled glass. Because each piece is made by hand from reclaimed material, no two are exactly alike. Color, shape, size, and finish will vary slightly from the photos on the site. These variations are a feature of handmade work, not a defect.
We do our best to photograph colors accurately, but screens display color differently. The piece you receive may look slightly different from what you saw on your screen.
Pricing and availability
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time without notice.
Product availability is shown on each product page. Because inventory changes, an item may sell out between the time you add it to your cart and the time you check out. If we cannot fill your order, we will contact you and refund you in full.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, orders with pricing or availability errors, and orders that exceed reasonable quantities.
Payment is due at checkout. We accept payment through PayPal and Square. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.
Sales tax is applied where required by law.
Discount and promotional codes
Discount codes are valid only for the period and products stated when the code is issued. Unless we say otherwise, codes cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, cannot be applied to a past order, and cannot be replaced if lost. We may cancel or change a promotion at any time.
Codes donated or issued for charitable events and benefits follow the same rules, along with any additional terms given when the code was issued.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Orders typically ship within [3 to 5 business days]. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Shipping timeframes provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves us, delivery is in the carrier’s hands. We are not responsible for carrier delays, or for packages lost or stolen after they are marked delivered.
You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, email maggie@margritco.com within [14 days] of delivery and we will make it right.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: gift cards, custom or personalized pieces, and [items purchased on sale or with a discount code].
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos and we will replace it or refund you.
Gift cards
Gift cards are delivered by email to the recipient you name at checkout. They are redeemable on margritco.com only, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not refundable. Gift cards do not expire. We are not responsible for gift cards sent to an incorrect email address entered at checkout.
Waitlist notifications
If you join a waitlist for an out of stock item, we will email you when that item is available again. Joining a waitlist does not reserve an item or guarantee it will be restocked.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Our content
Everything on this site, including our designs, photographs, product descriptions, logo, and the Margrít Co. name, belongs to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it commercially without our written permission.
You are welcome to share our photos on social media with credit to @margritco.
Content you submit
If you send us photos, reviews, or other content, you give us permission to use, display, and share it in our marketing without payment to you. You confirm you own that content and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights.
Disclaimer
The site and our products are provided as is. We make no warranties beyond those required by law. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of viruses.
Our jewelry is made with recycled glass and metal findings. If you have a metal sensitivity, check the product description and message us before ordering.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Margrít Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in McLennan County, Texas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the change. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
