I want to introduce you to this incredible little lady who is part of the Lucky Few
Meet Indy Llew and her incredibly strong family, Terah, B, and her little sister Birdy.
In 2018, Indy Llew was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome, a form of cancer that affects the cells of the bone marrow very similar to leukemia. This is something she was born with & unfortunately, is a disease that can be present with Down syndrome.
In November 2019, Indy received a bone marrow transplant.
On January 4th, Indy showed signs of severe anemia and her oxygen levels could not stay up on their own and was admitted in the ICU.
It has been a very bumpy road, with highs and lows as Indy fights to get better. As of January 11th, Indy was taken off ECMO, a huge answer to prayer but she still has a long way to go!
She is a valiant, power, little warrior! Will you join us in prayer to lift Indy Llew and her family, Terah, B, and birdy! #prayforindy
