Hey There,
How are you guys?
I know it’s been a minute since you last heard from us! October was a whirlwind of events and even now in November, we’re still trying to catch up with this time change. How many of you feel like you are constantly spinning your wheels but not moving forward? Maybe you feel like you’re always playing catch up and go to bed at night thinking about all the things that didn’t get done, yeah? I feel you!
Stop and Celebrate your WINS!
It’s so easy to get caught up in the things that didn’t get finished, or the everlasting hustle that never gets us caught up, that we lose our ability to be physically and emotionally present. It’s important to take time to re-group and reflect, not on the things that didn’t get done but the things you did complete. How did you feel after you finished that task? Felt good right? I’m a huge fan of writing things down on a legal pad and scratching them off the list once I’ve completed them. There’s something about having it tangible and seen that allows me to see that I am making progress.
Re-group & move forward refreshed
Sometimes, I need to rewrite that list so that the tasks can grow smaller and smaller until there is nothing left to do. With Thanksgiving in just two weeks, I know we all have an overwhelming amount of items on our to-do lists. Picking up kids from school, running to the grocery store, picking up prescriptions because it’s that time of year when everyone is taking turns being sick. It’s A LOT, and I’m right there with you sister! Take a deep breath, you’ve got this. All you need to do is do the next right thing. Maybe that looks like taking a minute to yourself to regroup. Maybe that looks like taking a long bath to let your body relax or going to Starbucks to get yourself a coffee. It’s going to look different for everyone. For me, it’s going to the nail salon and treating myself to the DELUXE pedicure because for my sanity’s sake, I need it!
Hang in there, remember to be present and celebrate your wins!

Margrit Co.
We had a Birthday!
On October 31, 2019, we celebrated five years of business! It was such an incredible feeling to still be standing after five years in business. Margrit Co. was established on October 31, 2019. It has been a roller coaster ride ever since, but in the best way possible.
I have learned more than I ever could have imagined and have met many inspiring people along the way! I’m am so thankful God has blessed me with this opportunity to share my love for jewelry while advocating for Down syndrome! Cheers to five years and many more!

Community
This photo represents so much to me, all of us and our planners in once place to celebrate Margrit Co’s big birthday. Making time for one another can be hard with all the things going on in life between work and family obligations. I am so thankful for my community of business gals, especially during this busy season. I wouldn’t be able to do this without their support and encouragement!
Matthew’s Corner
Matthew is 18!
Matthew turned 18 back in September but we hosted a surprise party for him in October and it went off without a hitch. He absolutely LOVED it!
Our friends at Sure Good Sweets created an incredible three-tiered Aladdin birthday cake! Matthew is a little obsessed with Genie because let’s face it, “You ain’t never had a friend like him”.
Also, a HUGE thank you to everyone who sent B-Day cards during Matt’s B-Day extravaganza! Each one made his day extra special! Thank you!
